Too much!

My workroom is a bloody mess as I begin preparations for two mass casualty exercises.  I've discovered the wonders of gel and have made some very fun stick-on wounds for our next event in May.

We are finishing up the After-Action Reports for the Marine Terrorism Response functional exercise we conducted in March.  It's been a long process and involved nearly 200 people.  The results were worth it as we found some gaps in our planning that we will be able to improve over the next couple years.

I'm so impressed with the two private companies I'm working with.  They both want to develop solid preparedness plans to protect their employees at work and at home during a disaster.  We are building evacuation plans, emergency kits, and training the staff in first-aid and CPR.  Well done!
