DEVELOP EMERGENCY PROCEDURE / BUSINESS CONTINUITY/OPERATIONAL RESILIENCE PLANS
An organized business with a solid continuity plan is better prepared to meet the challenges of a disaster. We utilize a modified NIMS and/or BC format to produce a comprehensive emergency plan that is complete, user-friendly, and complies with accepted standards for your agency. We will assess your risks and hazards, and collaborate with your staff to write a plan for YOUR business, not a one-size-fits-all, cookie-cutter plan. We ensure your plan encompasses business continuity and operational resilience, as well as response, command and decision-making processes, delegations of authority, and simple, basic Standard Operating Procedures. But don't expect an 800-page tome, we believe in giving you plans that are actually usable for more than just a door stop!
CONSOLIDATE EXISTING PLANS
Many times during corporate restructuring or mergers, emergency planning is pushed aside, but it is critically important to work quickly to consolidate and integrate emergency planning to avoid chaos during a disaster. Let us work with your organization to review your existing programs and collaborate with your staff to improve plans, guide any needed updates, train your staff and exercise your plan. We have experience integrating newly-merged companies plans and can be the objective voice in the process.
EXERCISE DESIGN, FACILITATION AND DOCUMENTATION
The only way to know if your plans are solid is to live through a disaster - or practice your response through exercises and drills. It is far more desirable to discover the weaknesses and gaps in your plan during an exercise. Our certified exercise professionals can help design, facilitate and document your exercise program from simple tabletops through full-scale operational exercises. We use HSEEP guidelines to produce exercise documentation including the After-Action report and Improvement Plan. We have experience integrating multiple agencies into an exercise (even when they don't want to play together.)

EXERCISE SUPPORT - MOULAGE
Gleaves Consulting's Moulage artists are experts at making your mass casualty exercise look as realistic as possible. The team will organize your volunteers, write your victim cards, develop your inject schedule (MSEL), provide costumes, prosthetics and makeup. During the exercise, they will serve as field controllers to ensure the victim experience is safe and realistic. We have provided victim moulage for airplane crash exercises, a transit bus explosion, airport shooters, and hospital emergency room annual surge capacity tests.
